The rules page was cluttered enough as it is, so here you will find title guidelines for all the four titles we have. Just a little FYI.

World Champion: Obviously the World Champion is the biggest champion in the UHWA. The Only restrictions on the World Title is that it must be defended at every PPV and every Supercard. World Title Matches therefore happen about every four weeks. While these UHWA matches to have the standard lax no dq rules, no countout rules, these matches have a twist. If you lose by DQ, then you lose the title. Of course "lax" means just that, so dq's are never really a problem.

North American Champion: The North American Champion defends his or her title at every PPV and supercard plus one additional title defense in between supercards/PPV's. Thus close to every other event or so a title defense will be scheduled, or something like that. Five successful title defenses will give you a choice. You can forefit the title to be fought over by the two top contenders and get a world title shot at the next available card (when there is no world title match scheduled is the next available card). Or you can keep the title and continue defending it. The choice will then be posed to you after the next five successive title defenses, and what have you and what not.

Tag Team Titles: Defense rules of the North American Title apply here. But the five title defense rule does not apply. Held by tag teams, of course.

Hardcore Title: This special thing about this title is the fact that it has a gimmick attached to every match. Since every match in the UHWA is no dq, it wouldn't be fair to make every match a normal UHWA match now would it
