UHWA's reopening for business and now accepting applications...I'll update the rest of the site when I get a chance...but for now the rules and application remain the same save for the whole AOWF part. So if you like what you see, send in an application and we'll see what happens.

Update: I'm leaving some of the older stuff from the 2nd incarnation of the fed up so you can see what the events are written like...but they'll disappear after a while. I'm also looking into maybe joining some kind of alliance...but I don't know if that will happen yet (depends on how many people we have in the federation).
